Al-Qaeda seizes al-Tawahi port of Aden

Al Qaeda militants have seized control al-Tawahi port in Aden city, Reuters French Agency reported.

Residents told the agency that al-Qaeda militants took control of areas in and around Yemen’s port city of Aden on السبت night and raised their flag in the city’s port.

“dozens of al-Qaeda elements spread out the streets carrying their weapons freely in a number of areas in al-Tawahi, and some raised the black flag over government buildings including the administrative building at the port”, a resident said.
